CHICAGO, Oct. 12 /PRNewswire/ -- With every home renovation or new construction project, whether done by a professional or a weekend do-it- yourselfer (DIYer), comes the inevitable mess from drywall sanding. Now there's an innovative new way to reduce airborne drywall dust with SHEETROCK® brand dust control joint compound from USG. This newly formulated joint compound has a unique quality that binds dust particles together and creates a "heavy dust" that, when sanded, falls straight to the floor. This joint compound produces the same quality finish as other all-purpose muds, without the cloud of dust -- making prep time and cleanup faster and easier. The dust control properties of SHEETROCK brand dust control joint compound have been independently verified with Worker Industrial Hygiene Testing.

Perhaps Mr Latham has been under the influence of our cousins across the water too long: the British Army does not form part of the British Government (neither does the Civil Service). If the State was what was meant, then Mr Latham should bear in mind that the highest duty of army commanders of any agent of the State is to the country and its people (including soldiers and their families). .
